” I love promoting others and helping them develop the story that differentiates them in the marketplace, but I also recognize I must equally promote my own story [for Spark + Buzz] … That can feel unnatural and odd, especially after spending most of my career promoting others,” Courtney shared. “There is an important balance though, particularly for anyone who is a business owner/founder, and that’s what I’m learning.”
