Founder Courtney Malengo spoke at the Women Business Owners of Montgomery County’s inaugural Growth Summit at The Crossvines in Poolesville, Maryland on May 14, 2026. She participated in their interactive panel, Elevating the Client Experience. It was wonderful to connect with 50 other smart, talented business owners and share secrets for creating a buzzworthy client experience.
Courtney spoke on ways to build solid client relationships and how to enhance the client experience alongside other panelists including Mary Chu, Lisa Anderson, Colleen Strube and moderator Philippa Channer.
