Irish pride was on full display as Spark + Buzz Communications joined the City of Gaithersburg’s Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the Rio Washingtonian Center in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
Founder Courtney Malengo, along with her husband and son were decked out in every shade of green, commemorating St. Patrick’s Day as they made their way down the parade route at Grand Corner Avenue. This marked Spark + Buzz’s third year participating in this cherished tradition, where even a cloudy, misty morning couldn’t dampen the spectators’ spirits. We loved seeing the crowds enjoy the parade and interact with our very own Sparky the Leprechaun, who returned for his second year.
The City of Gaithersburg’s St. Patrick’s Day parade serves as wonderful opportunity to blend our founder’s Irish heritage with a family-friendly fete in the local community. We look forward to seeing many of you again next March!
